Boutique Wheels can undertake a whole range or wheel repairs in-house and to the highest standard to have your wheel as good (or better) than new! GUTTER RASH
We can repair your gutter rash in-house! Gutter rash can happen to anyone! Whether you get too close to the gutter when parking, misjudge the lip in a car park or hit a pothole, this doesn't have to be the end of your wheels!
We can machine out and or tig weld up the areas missing from damage then machine it back to new on the lathe. Once They get repaired we can start our process of the Boutique Wheel refinish front to back and made to look better than new!
CHEMICAL DAMAGE
A lot of new Japanese and European aftermarket multi piece wheels like BBS, Speedline, Oz Racing, SSR, Work, Weds and many others use an anodised clear coat over their polish lips.
Sadly non PH neutral and high iron based wheel cleaners destroy and eat into the anodised clear coat on the lips. They won’t normally damage the painted wheel centre, just the lips.. lucky for you we specialise in multi piece wheels!!

CRACK REPAIR
We can repair your cracked wheels in-house! Australian roads can be treacherous at times, at any moment a pot hole can damage your wheel, causing a crack and allowing air to leak out! Boutique Wheels ensures peace of mind with a start to finish service! We handle the removal of your tyre, we then cut out the crack all around it and drill out the end to stop it traveling further. The area is then chemically cleaned, sand blasted, preheated before being welded up. Once cooled down we then push out the buckle on our state of the Art wheel straightening machine then re-machine the area back smooth where the tyre sits so it will once again hold air, from here we can continue the complete refinish of the wheel front to back!
BUCKLES
We can repair your buckled wheels in-house!
Buckled wheels can leave you ready to throw your wheel in the bin, bring your buckled wheel down to Boutique Wheels for an inspection & we can advise the best way to get it back on the road! From straightening buckled lips or barrels to replacing lips or barrels on 3 piece wheels we can make sure you get back on the road with wheels that look as good as new!
FACE MACHINING
We can machine the faces of your wheels!
Boutique Wheels can help with more serious damage to the face of your wheels! When the face of your wheel gets a serious graze it can seem unfixable, but that is often not the case! Bring it in to Boutique Wheels for an inspection and we can get it sorted for you!
